COLUMBUS DAY WEEKEND!

 

Campers, we are sorry to say…but it is that time of year again, our last weekend of the season!  We are very upset at how fast this summer flew by and also that we won’t see many of our seasonals until opening day next season (2017).  How crazy is that??  We will miss all of you immensely and would like to thank all of you again for your continuous participation and ideas—this year would not have been possible without you and for that we are grateful.

 

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 7TH

 

6:30 PM It’s time for a hayride, we will end the year the same way we started!  Meet Gary behind the pavilion to embark on one of the last adventures of the season.  Join all of your fellow campers for this bittersweet activity!

 

7:30 PM BINGO BINGO BINGO!  Our last true bingo game of the season L Make sure to get there early because the game starts promptly at 8!  Ms. Deb will be ready to end this year with a BANG!

 

8:00PM Let’s have a nice relaxing Friday night with a movie on the pavilion!  Make sure to bundle up, it has been getting chilly these last few weeks and who doesn’t love to lounge with a blankey in some sweats?!  Enjoy!

 

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 8TH

 

10:30AM Again, it’s hayride time!!  You know the drill…meet Gary behind the pavilion to get your seats!

 

11:30 AMIt’s time for some Candy Bingo!  There is a fee of three pieces of candy to join in on the fun!!  All ages are welcome!  There will also be some surprises J

 

12:00 NOON   One of our last horseshoe game of the season!!!  Boo hoo L But make sure to participate so you don’t go through withdrawals over the winter! ($$)

 

2:00 PM   It is time for some crafts and face painting with Marilyn!  Meet in the Café to get in on the action! 

 

5:00 PM   Our farewell potluck social L This is our time to reminisce about all of the good times we had this year with one another and to spend some quality time!  Make sure to bring a family size dish to share.

 

7:00 PM   Who is ready to bust a move?!  Well join us for music and games on the pavilion and in the café, all ages are welcome!

 

 

 

 

 

 

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 9TH

 

10:30 AM   Our second to last hayride of the season LWe will miss both our regulars and weekenders who join us continuously on our hayrides and we can’t wait to see you all next season.  Meet behind the pavilion.

11:30 Test your skills!  We have games on the back field!  Meet with all of your friends and meet some new ones!  See you all there!

 

12:00 NOON   This is the last horseshoe game to hold you over all winter!  You better make an appearance!   Good luck to all participants! ($$)

 

2:00 PM Who doesn’t love crafts?!  Exactly, no one!  Meet Marilyn in the café to test your artistic ability and create something you can carry with you for the rest of your life! 

 

3:00 PM   It’s time to end this season in a BIG way!  Meet at the REC site for a bon fire!!  Bring your friends and bundle up, keep warm and socialize by a nice big fire!  We hope to see you all there!

 

7:30 PM   It’s time for a Bingo Extravaganza there will be prizes and a surprise!  What could it be?!  Well you will just have to come and play to see J ($$$) All ages are welcome!

 

 

MONDAY, OCTOBER 10TH

 

10:00 AM   It is, unfortunately, our last hayride of the season!  Make sure you don’t miss out on this one!  Meet Gary behind the pavilion!

 

Boo Hoo, we don’t want to say goodbye to all of our loyal campers!  We sincerely hope each and every one of you had as much fun this season as the staff did.  Again, we would like to thank everyone for their participation in all of our activities and look forward to achieving even more next year.  We close on October 15th promptly at 5 PM and the gates will be locked.  Throughout the winter you all are more than welcome to check on your campers, however you must walk in and do not block the gate.
